We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring for a new Technical Training Consultant to join our European Adobe Learning Services team. The initial focus will be on training customers on our Adobe Experience Manager and Edge Delivery Services products but will quickly grow to include other solutions. Crucially, our Trainers don’t just teach customers about our technology, but how to use it to deliver outstanding customer experiences and results for their organisations.
What you’ll do
As an Adobe Technical Training Consultant, you know why our customers want to use Adobe software and guide them on how to reach their goals.
You deliver training sessions mostly in English or potentially in another language that you are proficient in. The classes take place either in a virtual classroom or at the customer’s request in their physical offices, where you will need to travel to. You successfully handle the software training environment for your classes, while reporting and resolving any issues.
You encourage customer feedback during your classes and share it with the Delivery Management team to help improve our offering. You are expected to maintain high customer satisfaction.
You often customise course content for private training sessions to fit a specific customer need and work with our global curriculum team to evolve our training material. Occasionally, you create recorded online training courses to expand our On-Demand course library.
You will start teaching from our Adobe Experience Manager course catalog, but you are expected to quickly expand the scope to deliver trainings on other Adobe Experience Platform solutions as well.
As an active member of our global Training community, you contribute to our collective expertise and internal initiatives, while maintaining expert product knowledge as well as product integrations and use cases across the broader Adobe Experience Platform.
What you need to succeed
Client satisfaction oriented, with strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills in English and another language, you have willingness to travel up to 60% on short term assignments and know how to build credibility and trust quickly and easily.
Are you able to engage an audience and communicate complex concepts and technical details in a simple, accessible way? If you also have the following technical skills, you are the person we are looking for!
Your technical background:
- 3–4 years of experience in content management systems, digital asset management, or website development
- Experience with presenting, training, or leading workshops (virtual/in-person)
- Knowledge of JSON, SQL, RESTful Web Services, and build tools (NPM, Maven)
- Familiarity with Java, modern web practices (SPAs, headless content, SEO), API tools (Postman), and data schemas
- General knowledge of open-source technologies (OSGi, Sling, JCR, Apache Felix, CDNs)
- Experience with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and Data Science is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German language is required
The pluses:
- 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree or experience as a software/technical trainer or software developer with training experience
- Knowledge of Marketing applications and processes
- Familiarity with Enterprise software / project implementation life cycles
- Demonstrable experience of Learning Services or Professional Services delivery for an enterprise software company or Consultancy
- Passion for digital technology and use of this technology to tackle business problems
