Overview
In this role you will align client requirements with product owners and senior consultants to design and validate functional payroll solutions. You’ll lead workshops, translate needs into specifications, and coordinate across configuration, data conversion, and testing teams to support go-live readiness. You will mentor teammates, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to multiple client projects within tight timelines. This position offers engagement with cross-functional teams and exposure to multi-country HR/payroll implementations that shape client outcomes.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead BBP workshops and capture functional requirements
- Translate business needs into structured functional specs
- Coordinate with delivery teams (configuration, data conversion, testing)
- Own end-to-end functional solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Review/approve functional specs, designs, and configurations
- Support functional test planning, cases, and data
- Collaborate with technical, integration, data, and testing teams and support project planning
- Contribute to cutover readiness and go-live decisions
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions for users and support teams
- Identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Provide status updates to project/line managers and flag risks
- Assist pre-sales with client needs analysis and domain knowledge
- Give functional feedback on templates and future product direction
- Maintain complete and up-to-date functional documentation
- Participate in implementation team knowledge sharing and forums
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Experience with SAP Payroll (desirable)
