Overview
In this role you align with client stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and drive end-to-end payroll implementations. You coach and coordinate cross-functional teams, lead multi-project delivery, and support go-live with functional leadership. You’ll collaborate with product owners, validate designs, and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality, client-centric solutions. This is a hands-on, multi-project role with a strong focus on process optimization and knowledge sharing.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as the primary functional liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Lead BBP workshops and translate business needs into structured requirements
- Own end-to-end functional solution design and validate feasibility with tech leads
- Review and approve functional specs, designs, and test strategies
- Conduct functional reviews of configurations, integrations, and developments
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
- Support project planning inputs and cutover readiness
- Participate in go-live decisions and provide functional leadership during hypercare
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior consultants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Solid functional/blueprinting knowledge
- Experience in SAP Payroll is highly desirable
- Fluent English and German
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience
