Responsibilities:

1. Perform customer workshops to define interface requirements
2. Analyze and develop interfaces from and to HCM systems
3. Implement data flow channels
4. Develop reports based on HR data

Technical Requirements:

1. Business studies, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
2. Knowledge of HR interfaces as well as software PAISY and related products
3. Consulting experience
4. Professional customer communication
5. Very good knowledge of human resources processes in a company
