Job Description : We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with expertise in developing a comprehensive testing approach that incorporates chaos testing, performance testing, mass testing, and regression testing strategies . The ideal candidate will focus on system resilience, scalability, and reliability through structured testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop and implement a comprehensive testing approach integratingchaos testing, performance testing, mass testing, and regression testing .

– Conduct chaos testing to assess system resilience under unpredictable conditions.

– Perform performance testing to evaluate system scalability and responsiveness.

– Execute mass tests to validate system behavior under high-load scenarios.

– Implement regression testing to ensure software stability after updates.

– Work with automated testing frameworks to streamline validation processes.

– Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

– Debug and troubleshoot issues related tosystem performance and reliability .

– Maintain documentation related to test strategies, execution plans, and results .

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

– 3-4 yearsof experience in software testing and validation .

– Strong knowledge of chaos testing tools (Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, LitmusChaos).

– Experience with performance testing frameworks (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).

– Familiarity with mass testing methodologies for large-scale applications.

– Understanding of automated regression testing using Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
