Job Description:

Experience required

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in development on the Tungsten Total Agility platform (formerly Kofax Total Agility).
• Strong skills in technical analysis, process modeling and systems integration.
• Ability to work in project mode (agile), to manage several subjects in parallel and to prioritize tasks.
• Good knowledge of banking or financial environments, an asset.
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated solutions on the Tungsten Total Agility platform, respecting best practices and business requirements.
• Take charge of the technical and functional analysis of user needs, in conjunction with the business and IT teams.
• Ensure ticket management and incident resolution.
• Actively participate in the testing, deployment and post-production support phases.
• Document developments and ensure the transfer of skills to internal teams.
• Collaborate with other developers, architects and project managers to ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables.
• Be a driving force in optimizing existing processes and integrating new features.
