Your Responsibilities
Lead and optimize aseptic fill-finish manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical and biotech project
Act as the subject matter expert for sterile processing, isolators, and aseptic technologies
Support process design, qualification, validation, and technology transfer activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Project Management
Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, including EU GMP Annex 1
Your Profile
Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong aseptic fill-finish expertise.
Proven knowledge of sterile manufacturing, media fills, process validation, and contamination control strategies.
Experience with isolator technology and GMP-regulated environments.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
