Lead DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Intro

As a Lead DevOps Engineer at Adsquare, you will lead a team responsible for building our scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. You will identify areas for improvement (including automation, standardization, cost, reliability, and maintenance), propose solutions, and lead your team’s efforts.

Your Mission

Define your key responsibilities and objectives in this role.

Ideally you are

• You have strong experience working with cloud (AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.

• You have a strong drive to automate processes (IaC, scripting, CI/CD, GitOps).

• You have experience with system or infrastructure maintenance, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.

• You have maintained CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments.

• You have a good understanding of networking.

• You have hands-on experience with security management.

• Experience leading a team is a plus.

What you will do

• Build an appreciative and trustworthy connection with each of your team members.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement.

• Design, build, and standardize secure and cost-effective solutions in AWS.

• Support and mentor engineers to migrate on-premise solutions to AWS.

• Optimize and improve our CI/CD workflows in GitLab, focusing on standardization and security.
