Job Description
The Account Manager Finance is responsible for addressing customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. The Account Manager at Adtraction usually works with multiple middle-size and/or few large accounts. It is the main point of contact for many advertisers, provides customer service, and is involved in upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction products and services.
Daily tasks & job duties
- Maintain and develop relationships with finance advertisers and media agencies.
- Manage, analyze, evaluate, and optimize partner programs.
- Maximize performance of managed accounts.
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned advertisers.
- Service multiple advertisers concurrently, often meeting deadlines in specific, high seasons.
Other responsibilities
- Work with individual and team goals with support of the OKR framework.
- Use CRM system.
- Maintain good service and results with customers.
Skills & Requirements
Professional Skills:
- Proficient in English and German.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in German.
- Experience in sales or customer advice, with a keen interest in digital marketing.
