We are currently looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer (M/F/D) to join our R&D team in Meiningen, Germany. If you want to be a part of our growing company that is driven by innovation and is focused on building a future together with our employees, consider applying.

Principal Duties and Essential Functions

• Responsible for the design, implementation, documentation and maintenance of complex embedded software and firmware projects
• Software development for different microcontroller families (e.g. ARM) in C/C++
• Integration and test of software components in the system environment and support of the verification tests
• Full lifecycle application development
• Support of prototyping, production and technical support

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• University degree in electrical engineering, information technology or similar
• Good knowledge in the following areas:
  • embedded software development
  • GNU tool chain and GIT
  • Embedded Linux
  • understanding of schematics
  • communication busses, digital systems and instrumentation
• Knowledge of OTDR technology would be an advantage
• Team player and self-motivated person
• Well-organized, focused on solution finding
• Good English and German language skills
