Job Overview: The QC Lab Analyst reports to the lab manager and performs routine and complex tests according to lab methods and procedures. They receive general instructions and their work is checked for accuracy. They apply standard procedures, identify deviations, track operations, and maintain lab equipment in qualified condition.
Responsibilities:
- Performing analytics per cGMP and internal regulations
- Documenting work, analysis, results, and deviations
- Conducting peer reviews
- Supporting lab deviation and OOS investigations
- Troubleshooting methods
- Independently organizing QC lab work per quality guidelines and taking into account EHS
- Managing reagents
- Supporting qualification and testing of analytical instruments
- Creating and reviewing cGMP documentation
- Participating in projects
- Calibrating and maintaining lab equipment
- Contributing to continuous improvement
Knowledge/Skills:
- Computer/IT (Word, Excel, Power Point, LIMS)
- Very good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Adequate scientific or technical knowledge in a specific field such as: Analytical Chemistry, GMP/GDP
- Good knowledge of English
