We are looking for a motivated and people‑focused Team Leader to support our warehouse operations in Nettetal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, developing teams, and helping to create a positive and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities You support, motivate, and guide a team of warehouse operatives in their daily activities. You help create a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment. You provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members. You support the onboarding and development of new employees. You act as a first point of contact for team members and provide guidance when needed. You monitor daily performance and support the team in achieving operational targets and customer expectations. You help ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and accuracy across warehouse operations. You work closely with Operations Managers and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day processes. You assist with workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirements. You encourage continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and operational performance. You support the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
