Job Description:

As Assistant for V93000 Marketing, you have general secretarial duties for the Amerang Marketing and PAC COE team, supporting managers and engineers. Specific duties include:

• Placing requisition and purchase orders (PO) for equipment and office supplies
• Preparation of shipping papers for outgoing shipments
• Asset management
• Organization of national & international travels
• Managing of expense reports
• Daily support of Marketing management
• Support for visits of international employees or customers
• Support organizing meetings
• Support in creation of business reports
• Co-operation with other assistants and Marketing colleagues

• Completed commercial education or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance required
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills and structured way of working
• Good communication skills
• High level of commitment, ability to work in a team, independent and initiative
• Fluent English and German language skills (verbal & written)
• Likes to communicate with all levels of personnel and can adapt to multi-cultural situations
• Must feel comfortable within a team
