Manager of DPS Engineering Team (m/f/d)

Job DescriptionJoin as manager of the product engineering team for DPS products. In this role you will be part of the V93000 SoC Test Supply Chain Division team, which creates a competitive advantage by achieving a high level of operational excellence and a leading-edge customer service level utilizing an outsourced manufacturing environment.One key responsibility of you and your team is to be part of new product development (NPI), with the key focus of new product introduction requirements management, to ensure and implement design for supply chain elements to easily ramp these products in an outsourced supply chain environment.Secondly you and your team are responsible for ongoing product engineering (CPE) and improvements throughout the lifetime of the product through close collaboration with R&D, suppliers, procurement and the field team.Moreover, you lead your team in identifying improvement opportunities in V93000 product manufacturing to make these processes more effective, cost efficient and traceable, thereby directly supporting strategic goals of the SoC Test Supply Chain division.Job RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent in Electrical EngineeringLeadership and change management skills in a matrix organizationStrong management and coordinating skillsExcellent communication and coaching skillsDemonstrate positive can do/passion to win attitudeVery good knowledge in english and german, written and spokenStructured and analytical work methodologyAbility to implement strategies in a fast changing environmentStrong desire to continuously learn and question the status quoPreferred:In-depth knowledge of V93000 manufacturing processesKnowledge of V93000 DPS product portfolio and roadmapProcess Engineering skillsExperience in leading virtual teamsExperience in working with external partnersExperience with hardware development of ATE systemsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Production Engineering
