- Steer and monitor FM service performance (KPIs & SLAs)
- Manage and control external FM service providers
- Check maintenance activities, identify operational risks and initiate corrective actions
- Steer and control technical FM projects on time and within budget
- Track project progress, risks, and compliance (quality, safety, regulations)
- Support budget forecasting, and cost control (OPEX/CAPEX), including optimization measures
- Ensure compliance with FM operations, safety, and internal requirements
- Support audits, reporting, and performance reviews
- Degree in FM, engineering, business, or similar
- Experience in technical FM operations
- Experience in project management within FM
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Structured, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented mindset
