- Manage and coordinate multiple key account sales activities across regions
- Collaborate closely with Advantest’s global affiliates to support, shape, and implement corporate business objectives
- Drive sales growth by expanding business with existing customers and identifying new opportunities
- Develop and execute effective marketing and account development strategies
- Actively contribute to the achievement of Advantest’s overall corporate goals as a committed team member
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate stakeholders
- Provide regular forecasts and strategic planning for order intake and sales activities
- Gather customer insights and feedback, and relay them to relevant internal departments to drive continuous improvement
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microelectronics, Semiconductors, or a comparable field
- At least 8 years of experience in sales of capital goods, ideally in a senior role
- Proven experience in leading and managing staff is a strong plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong intercultural competence and experience in working with international teams
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong motivational and organizational capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
