Segment Head for Procurement (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

• Strategic Leadership
• Define and implement the global procurement strategy for 4 Categories
• Align procurement objectives with overall business goals and sustainability targets
• Team Management
• Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of procurement professionals
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
• Supplier & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
• Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to secure competitive advantages
• Performance & Compliance
• Drive performance metrics for cost savings, quality, and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifikation

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, natural sciences or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, with significant exposure to Process Industry and Logistic categories
• Proven track record in leading global teams and managing complex supplier networks
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment globally
