Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment such as power converters and battery systems.
2. Investigation of complex power converter devices in operational, testing, and customer complaint scenarios.
3. Training of operational personnel on the respective systems.
4. Providing product information to customers.
5. Guiding and instructing subordinate staff on-site.
6. Conducting inspection of on-site assembly.
7. Commissioning of new devices and systems at customer sites.
8. Checking customer devices and systems, creating defect lists, and maintenance plans based on usage.
9. Documenting performed activities and the condition of devices and systems.

Requirements:

1. Completed vocational training as an electrician and an additional 2-year training as a certified technician or similar qualification.
2. Experience in power supply and project planning.
3. Knowledge of our products is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN VDE, TAB, UVV is beneficial.
5. Willingness to travel.
6. Goal-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant, especially in customer communication.
7. Commitment and confident demeanor with problem-solving skills.
8. Teamwork skills.
9. Excellent spoken and written German language skills.
10. Good knowledge of English is advantageous.
