We are now seeking a Managing Director to lead our company through a pivotal growth phase. This is a unique opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to take the helm, manage day-to-day operations, and drive revenue growth by increasing bookings and expanding our customer base. Tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client bookings and drive business growth.
- Build partnerships with local wellness communities, influencers, and businesses.
- Lead marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Manage schedules, resources, and staff to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial health.
- Identify and secure grants, sponsorships, and other funding opportunities.
- Lead fundraising efforts to support business growth and future expansion.
- Set and achieve long-term business goals, including scaling operations beyond Berlin.
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or operational management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team.
