Join our dynamic team as a Quality Line Side (d/m/w) specialist in Hamburg Finkenwerder. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with aircraft manufacturing processes by ensuring product quality and executing technical inspections in an organized, technical, and innovative environment. The position requires full-time commitment (35 hours per week) with a two-shift schedule. As a vital part of our team, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting, managing non-conformities, and supporting quality assurance personnel. - Ensure product quality and oversee product-related activities through technical inspections during aircraft manufacturing. - Authorize components for the next production process stage, including deviation management. - Create, monitor, and close non-conformities, such as deviation reports and troubleshooting tasks. - Provide professional guidance and support to production staff within the quality domain. - Train and onboard quality assurance personnel, including setting and assessing practical work samples. - Conduct and visualize Practical Problem Solving (PPS) activities and analyze quality problems using PPS methods.
