Your Tasks
- Main point of contact between Daher and the end customer for all operational matters.
- Ensure that customer priorities are implemented and respected throughout the project.
- Conduct regular alignment (Drumbeat) meetings with the customer.
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of communicated End‑of‑Work (EOW) dates and milestones.
- Escalate critical operational issues to Level 2/3 when required.
- Act as Deputy Project Coordinator when necessary.
- Monitor workload and capacity balance across the project team.
- Generate, track, and analyze KPIs in accordance with project requirements.
- Lead and moderate SQCDPTE meetings (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, Technical, Environment).
- Monitor and follow up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
- Ensure project priorities are clearly understood by Aircraft Managers (ACMs) and Technical Coordinators (TCs).
- Communicate priorities effectively to Production and Quality teams.
- Manage internal escalation processes in case of operational issues.
- Coordinate with all functions on technically complex tasks and high‑risk activities that could impact customer milestones.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals for direct reports.
- Maintain qualification and training records of ACMs and TCs.
- Guide and lead the team in day‑to‑day operations.
- Participate in Level 2/3 operational meetings.
- Represent ACMs in Level 1 meetings when required.
- Attend daily customer and project status meetings.
- Report KPIs, operational performance, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan, Daher Quality Management System, and all safety regulations (FOD, PPE).
- Maintain and update all IT tools, databases, and project documentation and distribute customer/Daher updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience in aeronautics, preferably in Airbus manufacturing of single‑aisle family.
- Fluent in English, French and/or German is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS‑Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical approach and sense for organizational improvements.
- Autonomous, solution‑oriented, and accurate work style.
- Flexibility and team spirit.
