Multimodal Platform Coordinator - Fixed-term Contract Are you looking to take on a new challenge in a dynamic environment at the heart of multiple operational, technical and human issues?Do you want to contribute to the excellence of an airport aware of climate challenges?Would you like to join the multimodal platform service to manage and coordinate the logistical flows of the airport site (construction sites, works and deliveries)?If so, this position is made for you!
Your responsibilities: Manage and monitor the daily operation of the multimodal platform, particularly the logistical areas.
Define the management strategy, coordinate activities, grant access rights, organise controls.
Be the primary contact for all users of the logistical areas, handle reservation requests, enquiries and complaints.
Analyse and assess the needs and impacts generated by planned works on the airport site or its immediate surroundings (excluding tarmac).
Identify the operational or planning measures necessary to ensure the smooth running of operations and works.
Participate in communication actions towards platform users.
Lead or participate in projects, working groups or committees related to platform operations, providing expertise and representing the needs of the service and the airport.
Manage various mandates and participate in public procurement procedures to ensure their proper execution and compliance with specifications.
You hold an engineering degree such as EPF/HES, or an equivalent qualification in civil engineering, transport, or mobility, and you: Have a successful initial experience in engineering or operational management of logistical flows or construction sites on a complex site Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and possess solid analytical skills Have excellent writing skills and are comfortable leading and facilitating meetings Have already demonstrated your ability to interact in the operation of a complex site Show autonomy, proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility Have excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to develop trusting relationships with our clients, contractors and suppliers Possess good knowledge of English; proficiency in German is an asset Embark on a unique experience!A stimulating and innovative environment that places operational and environmental excellence at the heart of its priorities to develop your skills.
