You work in a dedicated team on innovative solutions in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. You take end-to-end responsibility for our infrastructure and DevOps processes — from the Kubernetes platform and CI/CD pipelines through to monitoring, databases, and security.
Your tasks:
- Kubernetes & containers:operation and expansion of ourclusters — nodesetup, upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting, and applicationtesting; onboarding of developmentteamsonto the platform; management of Docker-basedcontainersolutions and theirintegrationinto the existinginfrastructure
- CI/CD & GitOps:maintenance and furtherdevelopment of ourGitLabenvironment, includingpipelines, runners, the GitLab Agent for Kubernetes, and the Jira integration; GitOps-baseddeliverywithArgoCDor Flux
- Automation & Infrastructure as Code:provisioning and configurationmanagementwith Terraform and Ansible
- Databases:installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ourdatabasesystems
- Observability:setup and operation of ELK / TIG / Grafana Alloy stacks — installation, configuration, dashboards, and alerting
- Networks & diagnostics: analysis and optimisation of ournetworks; log fileanalysis and systematic root causeanalysis, up to and includingcomplexincidents at packet level
- Security:securitychecks at application and infrastructure level, plus securitygates in the pipeline (SAST, dependency/SCA scanning, secretsdetection, SBOM generation, artifactsigning)
- A degree in computerscience, a STEM subject, or an equivalentqualificationgainedthroughseveralyears of professional experience
- Strong Linux skills and solid networkingfundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, MTU/routing) withproventroubleshootingability
- At least 3 years of hands-on Kubernetesexperience in productionenvironments, alongwithcontainertechnologies (Docker/OCI)
- Hands-on depthwithGitLab CI/CD orcomparablesystems, and withGitOpstooling such as ArgoCDor Flux
- Practicalexperienceautomatinginfrastructure and configuration as code with Terraform and Ansible
- Excellent analytical and debuggingskills, with a structured, detail-orientedway of working
- A collaborativemindset: youenjoydevelopingsolutionstogether, document your work, and shareknowledgeacross the team
- A degree in computerscience, a STEM subject, or an equivalentqualificationgainedthroughseveralyears of professional experience
