Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Platform Engineering team (approx. 8 people)
- Own the strategy, architecture and roadmap of our CDM Cloud Platform (Kubernetes)
- Ensure availability, reliability, security and scalability of the platform
- Drive automation, infrastructure as code and GitOps across the organization
- Foster a strong engineering culture and mentor team members
- Collaborate with development, security, operations and infrastructure leadership on cross-team initiatives
- Manage budget, vendors and capacity planning for the platform
Requirements
- Several years of experience in platform/infrastructure engineering, including leadership
- Strong technical background in Kubernetes, cloud-native architecture and automation
- Proven ability to lead, grow and motivate engineering teams
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical credibility
- Experience operating mission-critical systems in a regulated environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent in English; German and French are a plus
