Responsibilities
- Lead the project management for all digital channels and brand events as well as anything that is touching the production aspect of the brand
- Manage requests and projects translating them into creative timelines and ensuring creative assets are developed, approved, and delivered on time and as required
- Monitor the progress of projects anticipating next steps and resolving issues including timeline delays or conflicts
- Create and improve work processes between the Creative team and other departments such as PR, Comms, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, and Merchandising
- Own relevant meetings to ensure project deadlines are met and teams are informed
- Manage creative assets owning the creative shared drive to ensure all assets are saved out appropriately
- Be the focal point for external stakeholders (freelancers) during various productions (ecommerce campaigns, editorials, lookbook, etc.)
- Build critical relationships and coordinate across key partners
- Process costs and invoices
Your Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Creative Producer for a Fashion Brand or Creative Agency with Fashion Clients
- Extensive experience managing Creative teams and projects
- Creative with a keen eye for fashion and current trends
- Strong creative network of photographers, models, agencies, stylists, etc. in Europe and ideally Berlin
- Able to manage a range of different stakeholders and projects with competing deadlines
- Able to motivate, empower, and have a calming effect on a team under pressure
