The AFIRO association's missions are professional rehabilitation and adapted employment intended for people benefiting from disability insurance benefits. It is looking for its rehabilitation and professional training centre in Lausanne (av. de Provence 22):
A socio-professional adviser at 80% - 90%
Role :
Management and supervision of the support for people undergoing training and professional rehabilitation under disability insurance. Close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, disability offices and external partners.
Profile (required skills) :
- Social training (university or university of applied sciences) and proven experience in the field of professional integration - Good knowledge of professional fields and networks (social and training) - Pedagogical, social and human skills (conducting individual and network interviews, managing complex situations) - Organisational and management skills - Analytical, synthesis and writing skills - Versatility and autonomy in work
Working conditions :
