The Afiro association's missions are professional rehabilitation and adapted employment intended for people benefiting from disability insurance benefits. It is looking for its rehabilitation and professional training centre in Lausanne (av. de Provence 4):
A socio-professional supervisor at 80 - 90%
Role :
- Support: Within a multidisciplinary team, ensure the socio-educational support of young people discovering socio-professional codes. Guarantee caring and secure follow-up. Set appropriate objectives, encourage their commitment and manage changing or complex situations. - Workshop management and facilitation: Organise and coordinate the workshop activity. Design, facilitate and sequence activities, individual or group, aimed at developing transversal and practical skills. Ensure compliance with standards (hygiene, safety, ergonomics). - Integration: Prepare young people for the realities of the labour market, support the search for internships, supervise outings and build links with socio-economic actors. - Teamwork: Observe, assess and record beneficiaries' progress, co-write disability insurance reports, participate in disability insurance reviews and team meetings, engage in a continuous improvement approach of one’s practice.
Profile (required skills):
- MSP training (or equivalent) and proven experience with adolescents/young adults with various health impairments - Observation skills, potential assessment and follow-up of pathways - Autonomy, organisational skills, rigour, team spirit, flexibility and kindness - Interpersonal qualities: empathy, listening, professional attitude and ability to create connections - Group facilitation skills and personalised project design - Practical creativity, initiative and desire to innovate - Reflective, writing and synthesis skills - Mastery of IT tools and adaptation of educational materials
