We’re looking for a German-speaking Influencer Marketing professional to join our growing team and support creator campaigns across the Trading Card Game (TCG) space.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about TCG, online communities, and creator culture, with a strong understanding of the German TCG market and its influencer landscape.
We’re open to candidates at all experience levels, from those looking to break into influencer marketing to experienced professionals. While previous influencer marketing experience is a plus, what matters most is your knowledge of the TCG space, familiarity with German creators and communities, and enthusiasm for the industry.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and passionate about building relationships within the German TCG community, with the opportunity to develop their skills and grow alongside our team.
You'll work with a globally recognised brand, supporting creator campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and other platforms. You'll help deliver exciting TCG creator activations across Germany and key European markets while working closely with clients, creators, and our internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for gaming and entertainment brands
- Research, source, and help onboard creators across the gaming and TCG communities
- Assist with creator outreach, communications, and relationship management
- Support campaign coordination from briefing through to content delivery
- Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign requirements and brand guidelines
- Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and project documentation
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Help prepare client updates, reports, and presentation materials
- Stay up to date with gaming, TCG, and creator trends across the DACH region
- Build positive relationships with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at gaming, creator, and industry events across Europe and internationally
- Support with creator event logistics and travel internationally
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent German speaker (required).
- Passionate about Trading Card Games and creator culture
- Strong understanding of TCG communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data and willing to learn campaign reporting and analytics
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within influencer marketing
- Ability to travel to company events is an essential requirement of the role
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing, social media, customer service, community management, gaming, esports, or content creation
- Knowledge of the DACH TCG creator landscape
- Experience using TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, or Discord
