Your Tasks
Lead individual project workstreams and independently structure analyses, approaches and client deliverables
Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, management reports, workshops and executive decision‑making materials
Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, business cases and commercial opportunities across rail, energy and critical infrastructure sectors
Conduct strategic and technical analyses related to infrastructure asset management, maintenance strategies, renewal planning and investment prioritisation
Apply AFRY asset‑management methodologies, frameworks and digital tools within client organisations
Facilitate client workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions, translating client requirements into actionable solutions
Translate complex technical, operational and analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior management and decision‑makers
Contribute to the development of our asset‑management software suite and digital solutions by identifying client needs and supporting implementation activities
Support quantitative modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis related to asset condition, resilience, lifecycle costs and investment planning
Coach and support junior consultants and analysts as part of project delivery teams
Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of AFRY’s Asset Management Systems business
Your Profile
University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, applied mathematics, data science, physics, computer science or a related discipline
4–8 years of professional experience in management consulting, infrastructure, asset management, engineering, analytics or related industries
Experience preparing and delivering client presentations, leading workshops and developing proposals and strategic recommendations
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly
Experience managing workstreams and coordinating stakeholders in multidisciplinary project environments
Understanding of infrastructure sectors such as rail, energy, utilities or other asset‑intensive industries
Knowledge of asset management, lifecycle planning, maintenance strategies or infrastructure investment decision‑making
Experience with data analysis, quantitative modelling or digital solutions is advantageous
Familiarity with asset‑management frameworks and standards such as ISO 55000 is advantageous
Business development experience, including proposal writing, tender support and client engagement, is highly desirable
Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Open, entrepreneurial and solution‑oriented mindset with willingness to travel when required
