Project context :
As part of the optimization of a recently implemented SAP system, we are looking for one or more Senior SAP Consultants with expertise in SAP IBP and/or SAP PP/DS .
The objective of the mission is to bring an independent, third-party perspective to identify inefficiencies, optimize existing applications and improve supply chain planning processes and system performance.
Responsibilities :
- Assess the current SAP solution and identify inefficiencies, performance issues and optimization opportunities.
- Optimize and improve existing SAP applications, processes and configurations.
- Support the analysis and enhancement of SAP IBP and/or SAP PP/DS functionalities.
- Review planning and production scheduling processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Challenge existing practices and provide an independent expert perspective.
- Work closely with business, IT and process teams to define and implement improvement actions.
- Share best practices and lessons learned from different industrial environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system performance, usability and process efficiency.
Profile :
- University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field.
- Around 5 years of experience with SAP IBP and/or SAP PP/DS.
- Proven experience optimizing and improving existing SAP applications, beyond implementation or daily support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, production planning and/or detailed scheduling processes.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, CDMO or chemical manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
- Experience working across different companies or industrial environments is appreciated.
- Ability to work independently and challenge existing processes constructively.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a big advantage.
