We support key players in Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Transportation, and High-Tech industries. /p h3About the Role /h3 pDrive manufacturing process development from early design through commercial launch, developing, characterizing, and optimizing assembly, calibration, and automated test processes while supporting Design for Manufacturability (DFM) activities and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive manufacturing process development from early design through commercial launch. /li liDevelop, characterize, and optimize assembly, calibration, and automated test processes. /li liSupport Design for Manufacturability (DFM) activities with RD, Quality, and Operations. /li liTranslate design requirements into manufacturing requirements, equipment specifications, and process documentation. /li liDevelop and qualify complex manufacturing equipment, including test systems and tooling. /li liSupport process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for internal equipment and supplier processes. /li liPrepare validation plans, protocols, reports, work instructions, test methods, and PFMEAs. /li liDefine manufacturing requirements, process specifications, CTQs, and in-process controls (IPCs). /li liSupport engineering and pilot builds on the manufacturing floor. /li liCoordinate with external suppliers and review their process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and validation documentation. /li liHelp align supplier and internal processes to support efficient, compliant production. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in medical device NPI, manufacturing engineering, or process development. /li liHands-on experience designing and developing automated manufacturing test systems. /li liPractical prototyping experience. /li liExperience developing and validating manufacturing processes and tooling for electromechanical devices or capital equipment. /li liStrong understanding of process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulated manufacturing. /li liExperience preparing manufacturing requirements, specifications, procedures, CTQs, and IPCs. /li liExperience supporting engineering or pilot builds on the manufacturing floor. /li liExperience working with external manufacturing suppliers. /li liStrong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across RD, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations. /li liProfessional proficiency in English; German is an advantage. /li liJoin a group with strong development potential, offering diverse and technically challenging projects in the energy and utilities sector. /li liBe part of a well-established structure in Switzerland with a strong portfolio of leading clients. /li liEnjoy a stable and sustainable position with long-term career prospects. /li liAccess continuous training through accredited and certified centers. /li liBenefit from local management support in achieving your professional goals. /li liWork within a dynamic, collaborative team driven by strong human values. /li /ul pThank you for your interest in this opportunity.
