- Your Impact
- Lead global, cross‑functional programs within the Global Electronics Functional Group (EFG), ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives spanning electronics, embedded software, and system integration.
- Drive program execution excellence through structured planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and alignment to business, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Manage program and development budgets of up to USD 10 million, ensuring effective control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate and integrate activities across Electronics, Software, Systems Engineering, Product Management, and external partners to ensure end‑to‑end program readiness and successful system integration.
- Prepare and present program status, key risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums, ensuring transparency and informed decision‑making.
- Lead large global project teams through influence in a matrix organization, driving continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and adoption of program management best practices.
- Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a comparable Project or Program Leadership role, with a proven track record of leading complex global hardware, software, or system integration programs across multinational and matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large‑scale software development programs in the automotive industry or comparable complex technology environments.
- Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, software development lifecycles, and ideally Electrical/Electronic Architecture (EEA/CEA) environments.
- Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes and standards is required, including practical application within software development and quality assurance environments.
- Proven expertise in program management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models, combined with strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Pg MP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, Agile certifications, or Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across global matrix organizations.
Professional proficiency in English is required, and very good German language skills are considered a strong asset.
