Administrative Assistant to the VP of Human Resources and General Counsel to focus on administrative tasks. Part-time remote work, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with document preparation for legal and human resources matters.
- Onboarding new hires for the US and Switzerland.
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- Organize and maintain personnel files.
- Manage status of legal matters.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of processes for better workflow.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- An individual who can relate to people at all levels of the organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Driven– A self-starter with a consistent and strong work ethic.
- Excellent word processing, Excel, and related skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience– 2-3 years in a legal environment, human resources, or similar administrative role.
- Associate’s degree.
- This is a remote position but preference to S. Florida candidates who can travel to Coral Springs, weekly or bi-weekly.
- Ability to speak French is highly preferred.
