As a (Senior) Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will drive scientific exchange, foster collaborations, and support the launch of innovative Oncology and Haematology therapies. This is a unique opportunity to influence the foundation of a new structure.IHRE AUFGABENServe as a scientific expert, maintaining deep knowledge of disease areas and emerging data.Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and scientific experts.Provide balanced scientific information on company products to HCPs.Gather clinical insights to inform strategic decisions.Represent the company at medical conferences and events.Support clinical trials, including site selection and investigator engagement.Provide scientific training for internal teams.Collaborate across functions to align medical strategies.IHR PROFILAdvanced scientific/medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) or relevant clinical background.4+ years in Medical Affairs/MSL, ideally in gynaecologic oncology.Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.Product launch experience is a plus.Knowledge of compliance regulations (FSA-Code, EFPIA, IFPMA, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in German and English.BENEFITSThis is more than just a role—it’s a chance to shape a forward-thinking medical affairs presence in Germany.
