Overview We are looking for a Hotel General Manager, who will be in charge for one of the best hotels in Marianske Lazne. The hotel offers very nice accommodation, treatment packages for relaxation or healing programs
Responsibilities
ensure
company standards
for hotel, wellness, and spa operation
answer guest questions about hotel services, relaxation treatments or healing programs
keep
track of the hotel’s financials
interview, hire, train and terminate staff for hotel and medical part
monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy
coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems
set budgets for room rates, treatment packages and healing programs
be a "hands on" manager, meeting the guests
report to Regional Manager of the company
Qualifications
university degree
in hospitality
at least 10 years of experience as a General Manager of 5 start hotel , ideally of the wellness/spa hotel
excellent communication skills and client’s orientation
very good leadership skills are needed
fluent in
English ,
German is a must , knowledge of Czech language is advantage
experiences in Europe are a must
interest in medical and health care, new trends in treatments
