For a project we are looking for an IT Architect (m/f/d) in the Railway Sector. Your tasks are: Act as IT Architect within a vehicle development project, focusing on designing and coordinating IT system architectures and integrations Develop functional and technical concepts for subsystems and interfaces (e.g., network, passenger counting system, video surveillance, third-party modules like lighting or sanitary) Coordinate and align solutions with internal stakeholders and external partners, including customers and suppliers Support the technical integration of multiple IT-based systems throughout the entire V-cycle, ensuring consistency of hardware, software, and network components Translate customer requirements into system requirement specifications and ensure their implementation Monitor progress, evaluate development results, and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards Your Know-how: Strong experience in IT architecture and system integration Solid understanding of communication and network technologies (e.g., LAN, WLAN, Bluetooth) Broad knowledge of software and system architectures, plus hardware/software integration Familiarity with relevant railway standards (e.g., EN 50155, UIC 568, TSI PRM / LOC
