Your role As our Product Owner Image Viewing Applications, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our Enterprise Imaging platform, with a focus on innovative clinical viewing applications and streaming technology solutions.
In this role, you will combine customer-focused product thinking with hands‑on Agile delivery, working closely with international teams across Product Management, R&D, and clinical experts.

Your responsibilities
Translate clinical and market needs into clear innovative product requirements and user stories
Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with development teams
Ensure high-quality delivery by defining acceptance criteria and validating outcomes
Customer & domain insight
Understand clinical workflows across specialties (e.g., radiology, cardiology, pathology)
Engage with healthcare professionals and customers across Europe and globally
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes through technology and innovative User Experience Design
Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile/Scrum setup
Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
Balance feature development, technical improvements, and user value
Act as a key interface between Product Management, R&D, Product Marketing and Customers
Collaborate with international, cross‑functional teams
Support go‑lives, customer feedback loops, and product improvements
Monitor product performance and user adoption
Drive incremental enhancements based on feedback and data
Contribute to the long‑term product roadmap and innovation strategy
Your profile Background
Degree in Healthcare, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
Additional qualifications (e.g., MSc, MBA, clinical background) are a plus
Experience
Experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles
Background in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or clinical environments
Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Knowledge
Understanding of healthcare workflows in hospital settings
Knowledge of standards such as DICOM, HL7, or FHIR is highly valued
Experience with enterprise or clinical software solutions is an advantage
Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset
Ability to work in international and cross‑functional teams
Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
