You know how banks work, and you can give direction even while requirementsare still unclear. At Agile-IS you bring that experience to advising ourclients: you work out what needs to change, develop ways forward and preparebusiness decisions. Our development team supports you with the technicalassessment and shares responsibility for delivery.
We are an owner-led team. We modernise business-critical processes and theapplications that grew up around them — ageing business solutions, Excel,Access and VBA applications, and temporary M365 setups. Once the problem isclear, we decide together what role Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot orcustom software should sensibly play.
Your role
Your focus is on advising clients, clarifying the business side and makingsolution decisions. You guide clients through unclear situations and remaintheir point of contact for business decisions throughout delivery.
- You run workshops and work out with business units which problems exist, which requirements lie behind them and what a solution has to achieve.
- You are responsible for our Path to Successful Modernisation and take clients through its stages. The outcome: the client understands their starting position, can judge the possible ways forward and has a sound basis for the next steps.
- You develop solution options and assess benefit, effort and technical feasibility together with the development team.
- You prepare business decisions and concepts so that clients and developers can work with them. You also resolve open questions during delivery.
- In addition, you build manageable no-code and low-code solutions yourself with Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.

This responsibility calls for at least ten years of professionalexperience. You should be able to lead clients independently, form your ownjudgement on the business side and recommend a well-founded next step even whenrequirements contradict each other.
- have already taken on responsibility in consulting, business analysis or the design of business solutions
- have several years of experience at banks or insurers and know how business units and IT work together
- speak and write German at native-speaker level, so you can run workshops with confidence and write concepts clearly
- bring hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams as well as Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio
- are technically minded and can build manageable no-code and low-code solutions yourself
- want to work with us on site in Fulda and are willing to travel for client appointments

What to expect
You take responsibility from the first workshop through to delivery agreed onthe business side. You work directly with clients and with our developmentteam. Your experience shapes the solution and the further development of ourPath to Successful Modernisation.
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Based in Fulda, with client appointments on site.
