As an Enablement Expert, you work directly with enterprise clients to improve project and program execution today while helping teams move toward AI-native execution with PMEOS. You take ownership in client engagements as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or delivery enablement lead. You help teams establish solid ways of working, improve collaboration, create transparency, and strengthen execution reliability in day‑to‑day delivery. A key part of the role is to bridge today’s delivery reality with the future of PMEOS‑enabled execution. This means supporting existing mandates that may not yet use PMEOS, while helping shape the path toward AI‑supported meeting moderation, reporting, delivery intelligence, and early risk detection. You also contribute to the AgileAdvant Academy by preparing and delivering practical training sessions for teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, leaders, and delivery stakeholders. Your responsibilities
Introduce, apply, and further develop agile and scalable delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS Set up, support, and develop product and delivery teams in complex enterprise environments Facilitate agile events, workshops, planning formats, retrospectives, and stakeholder sessions Act as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or delivery enablement lead depending on the engagement Strengthen collaboration, transparency, accountability, and execution discipline across teams Support Product Owners, teams, leaders, PMOs, and stakeholders with hands‑on enablement and practical implementation support Analyze delivery metrics, team signals, risks, dependencies, and blockers to create decision‑ready insights Support reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment across project, program, and portfolio levels Work pragmatically with common delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, and related enterprise toolchains Help clients prepare for or adopt PMEOS where it creates clear value Support PMEOS‑enabled delivery setups, including meeting routines, action tracking, reporting logic, and team adoption Bring client feedback and real delivery needs back into the PMEOS product roadmap Prepare and deliver Academy training sessions in person, online, or hybrid Create and continuously improve training materials, exercises, playbooks, and enablement formats Support participants in transferring training content into day‑to‑day client implementation Several years of hands‑on experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Delivery Lead, or in a comparable delivery role Certification as Scrum Master, Product Owner, RTE, SAFe Agilist, or similar is a strong plus Strong understanding of agile delivery, team development, servant leadership, and enterprise stakeholder management Practical experience in software or product development environments at the interface between business and IT Solid understanding of software delivery and DevOps fundamentals such as flow, CI/CD, quality, dependencies, and release coordination Experience in scaled delivery environments such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, ARTs, or multi‑team product organizations Strong facilitation skills and confidence in working with teams, leaders, and senior stakeholders Ability to create clarity in complex environments and translate ambiguity into pragmatic next steps Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and common collaboration tools Interest in AI-native execution, delivery intelligence, and the practical use of AI in project and program delivery Strong customer focus, high ownership, and a hands‑on mindset Fluent in German and English, written and spoken Willingness to travel within German‑speaking Switzerland Nice to have
Experience with agile transformations, reorganizations, or setting up new delivery models Experience with portfolio and program governance, PI Planning, ART coordination, steering formats, or transformation boards Experience in project recovery, turnaround situations, or complex stakeholder escalations Experience as a trainer, facilitator, or learning designer Interest in product adoption, customer success, or bringing software‑enabled ways of working into enterprise environments Experience with AI tools, meeting intelligence, reporting automation, or delivery analytics What we offer
