About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Dachser SE. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR department, supporting all phases of the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our staff. You will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employment law, and organizational development initiatives. Your role will also involve participating in HR projects, ranging from contributing ideas to leading specific initiatives aimed at enhancing our HR processes and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges. Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A proven track record of experience in HR functions is essential, ideally within a logistics or similar industry. Sound knowledge of employment law and practical experience with SAP or comparable HR management systems are required. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust at all levels of the organization. A personable, empathetic approach combined with a strategic mindset is vital for success. Additionally, qualities such as foresight, tact, assertiveness, and a strong team-oriented attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit procedures.




• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employment law, and organizational change processes.




• Support and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.




• Participate in and lead HR projects, contributing from initial concept to execution and evaluation.




• Provide coaching and support during change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.




• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices in HR management.
