About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter to join our team, focusing on Western Europe, with a particular emphasis on Germany and France. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence talent acquisition strategies and support our business growth across key markets. As a Recruiter at Bodycote, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract skilled professionals who align with our values and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional thermal processing solutions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and passionate about creating meaningful candidate experiences while driving continuous improvement within our Talent Acquisition practices. This role provides a platform to work within a global organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within technical or industrial sectors.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with experience using various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Fluency in English, French, and German, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate across diverse markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and foster collaborative relationships.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Germany and France is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Western Europe, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in Germany and France.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Utilize innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify passive candidates and expand talent pools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance our visibility in target markets.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
