About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategies, especially focusing on sales positions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from creating engaging job postings to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Your expertise in candidate screening, active sourcing, and interview coordination will ensure that we attract top talent aligned with our company values and growth objectives. Additionally, you will handle offer negotiations and facilitate internal mobility processes, contributing to a positive candidate experience and supporting our organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed university degree or an equivalent qualification. You should have a minimum of two years of professional experience in recruiting, particularly with a focus on sales roles. Experience within the mobility or electro-mobility industry is highly advantageous. You must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview conduction, and selection. Strong communication skills, both in German and English (C1 level), are essential for effective stakeholder engagement across different hierarchy levels. A structured and autonomous working style, combined with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach, will enable you to excel in this role. Additionally, you should have a keen understanding of business needs and a genuine interest in optimizing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process for sales positions, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate closely with department managers and HR colleagues to develop compelling job advertisements and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through active sourcing techniques, including networking and talent mapping.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.
• Handle offer negotiations and manage the necessary communication and documentation, including coordination with works councils when applicable.
• Support initiatives related to internal mobility, ensuring employees have opportunities for development within the organization.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams on all recruitment-related matters, maintaining a professional and responsive approach.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to align with evolving business needs and market trends.
