Our client, a prestigious private bank in Zurich, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)
to support their Private Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional looking to develop their career within an esteemed institution that offers a dynamic and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers in managing and developing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. Assist in daily client account administration, including transaction processing, documentation, and compliance checks. Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, risk, and investment teams to ensure smooth client service. Prepare client presentations, reports, and investment proposals. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional service. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining KYC/AML documentation. Profile and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking platforms. Fluency in English with German as a big plus; additional languages are also a plus. Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
