Get to Know our Team:
Strategy & Analytics is a fast-growing and dynamic team within the Strategic Partnerships department of Agoda. This team develops solutions for Agoda’s non-accommodation partners and promotes growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help generate measurable value. Team members are empowered to grow their markets or accounts. The scope includes profitability optimization, KPI management, data analytics, and business strategy.
- This role will be based in Bangkok Office; relocation support will be provided.
Key Areas of Focus:
Strategy: Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC based on insights, industry trends, and competition.
Analytics: Use data and tools to analyze performance and identify levers for improvement.
Cross-functional projects: Collaborate with internal teams (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, Financial Institutions, markets across APAC) and external teams (product, marketing, supply, finance) to drive initiatives.
Performance management: Maintain and optimize a performance management system, including managing a team of account managers.
Data & tools: Oversee data infrastructure for accuracy and timeliness; design and manage data tools for decision-making.
Performance reporting: Prepare updates on business performance, proposals, and recommendations for senior management.
Pricing Experiments: Optimize pricing strategies based on A/B experiments.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, or related fields.
- Proven ability to leverage analytics to solve ambiguous problems.
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for working across functions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
It’s Great if you have:
- SQL skills or willingness to learn.
- Experience with Tableau or willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
