You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful programs, reporting your insights directly to top management.In This Role, You\’ll Get ToWork closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues on developing their teams to achieve ambitious business strategies, e.g., new ways to engage with partners, product innovation models, building culture and organization structure, and the necessary work to maintain high standards of performance and high employee engagementProvide pro-active analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact and provide actionable recommendations tied to business outputPresent analysis and insights to senior leadership on relevant talent strategiesPatterns of employee behavior such as attrition, promotion, performance management outcomesEmployee sentiment surveysDemographic patternsEmploy innovative methods to scale capability, that go beyond traditional learning, including role and organizational design, process and tools improvement, various learning modalities, etc.Be a trusted advisor to leadership and play a critical role in enhancing their effectiveness through assessment, feedback and coachingPromote People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations and prevent reworkWhat You\’ll Need to Succeed8+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multi-national organizationUndergraduate degree from a top university expected, advanced degrees welcomeAcute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to executionFacilitating and coaching to drive business outcomes, including presenting to senior executivesDemonstrated ability to develop, implement and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch to meet business goals and objectives, backed by clear and measurable metricsAbility to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leadersIt’s not a must but it would be great if you have expertise in areas such as: Organizational design, onboarding, compensation, business consulting, and data analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
