Key Responsibilities Run discovery phases and help define product requirements. Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback. Present work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person. Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings. Document and communicate design processes and decisions. Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products. Act as a strategic leader steering experiences that integrate design, business, content, and technology. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of user‑centered design. Proven ability to drive discovery and ideation workshops, aligning teams around a vision. Track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys. Systems‑thinking approach rather than focusing solely on interface elements. Strong soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making. Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Qualities We Value Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions. Providing feedback with kindness and candor. Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity. Translating quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions.
