Your responsibilities
Drive global transparency and harmonization of the flavor portfolio Establish governance and lifecycle management (creation, optimization, discontinuation) Manage and optimize global flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market Act as Global Process Owner for digital tools (e.g. SAP) and portfolio systems Define and track global KPIs and ensure reliable reporting Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain Your profile
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field ~6+ years of experience in the food / flavor industry Experience in flavor sourcing, sensory science, or portfolio management Strong analytical and project management skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Our offer
