Drive Strategic Vision:
Build a harmonized, transparent global flavor portfolio that scales seamlessly across international markets. Influence & Stakeholder Leadership:
Partner directly with global leaders, leveraging influence, relationship building, and strategic communication to align stakeholders, secure buy‑in, and deliver results for Flavor Portfolio Management. Project Management:
Strong project management capabilities, including governance, risk management, resource coordination, change management, and execution of complex cross‑functional programs. Flavor Industry Expertise:
Deep understanding of flavor development, supplier and flavor house networks, sensory evaluation, flavor portfolio management, and emerging market trends. Flavor Lifecycle Management:
Establish governance frameworks to oversee the entire flavor journey in accordance with Global strategy —from initial creation to optimization and discontinuation. Implement Flavor Library Structure:
Curate Establish and optimize global flavor libraries to supercharge New Product Development (NPD) and streamline launch timelines as they accelerate Speed‑to‑Market. Digital Transformation:
Serve as the Global Process Owner for Flavors with core enterprise tools (e.g., SAP PLM) and related to Flavor portfolio Strategy. Track & Optimize Success:
Define, monitor, and elevate Global Flavor portfolio KPIs, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership. What You'll Bring
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Industry Experience: 6+ years
of proven impact within the food, beverage, or flavor industry. Domain Expertise:
Hands‑on experience in
flavor sourcing,
sensory science, or enterprise portfolio management. Systems Leadership:
Strong technical aptitude with enterprise
PLM/ERP
platforms (e.g., SAP) and data analytics. Cross-Functional Influence:
Proven ability to
manage complex, global projects
and collaborate effortlessly across diverse, cross‑functional teams. Works
independently with structure, accuracy , and organization; communicates well, is open to different cultures, and handles stress effectively Global Mindset:
Fluency in
English
with excellent communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
