Empower global strategy with workforce intelligence. We are elevating our global Workforce Intelligence capability within our HR Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you won't just generate reports—you will architect global standards, bridge HR and financial data into strategic recommendations that drive executive decision-making.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Shape the Vision : Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap, converting CoE strategy into robust governance, processes, and tools.

Develop Strategic Workforce Planning:

Establish global methodologies, scenarios, and planning cycles, seamlessly integrating workforce strategy with long-term business and financial goals.

Lead Workforce Cost Planning : Oversee global workforce budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning. Drive consolidation, scenario modeling, and variance analysis alongside Finance and HR leaders.

Deliver Actionable Insights:

Synthesize datasets into intuitive dashboards, identifying key trends, risks, and growth opportunities for HR Business Partners and executive management.

Own Global Reporting & Standards:

Direct the end-to-end operational reporting cycle, establishing unified HR KPIs, quality controls, and data definitions across all global affiliates.

Accelerate Digital Transformation:

Partner with IT to advance automation across SAP, Workday, SharePoint, and modern BI platforms.

Champion Capability Building:

Upskill the global analytics community, produce best-in-class documentation, and mentor junior team members.

What we’re looking for

Relevant Expertise : You bring 5 - 8 years of experience in global HR analytics, HR controlling, workforce planning or reporting.

Education : You hold a master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, HR, data analytics or a comparable field.

Analytics & Controlling Skills : You have strong capability in HR analytics, statistics, dashboarding and insight generation, together with sound experience in workforce-cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and variance analysis.

Technical Skills : You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and BI tools and have experience with HR data models and reporting solutions.

Stakeholder Skills:

You are comfortable leading projects and change, working across functions and countries, coordinating a global expert network and coaching a junior colleague.

Working Style : You work analytically, independently and in a structured way, while remaining collaborative and pragmatic.

Systems Knowledge : Experience with SAP HCM, SAP BW/BEx/AFO and Workday, as well as designing global processes and strategic workforce planning, is an advantage.

Language Skills : You communicate with full professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of German language is an advantage.

High-Visibility Impact:

Directly advise stakeholders and HR Business Partners across the entire enterprise.

Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at

EUR 65,000,- all in , whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
