In this role you will drive AI industrialization across AGRANA’s operations. You will identify high-value AI use cases and scale successful solutions across production sites, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, quality, energy use, reliability, and safety. You’ll bridge Operations with the AI Center of Excellence, coordinating with plant managers, engineers and AI experts to ensure adoption and impact. You’ll lead change management and capability-building to embed AI across daily operations. This is a chance to shape the future of AI in manufacturing with tangible business outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify and structure AI use cases in manufacturing based on impact and feasibility
- Lead AI pilot projects from scoping to implementation with KPI definition and ROI tracking
- Drive transition from pilot to scalable solutions across multiple production sites
- Interface between Operations and AI Center of Excellence translating business needs into requirements
- Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, operations teams and AI experts for adoption and integration
- Promote AI awareness and support change management and capability-building across Operations
- Monitor and drive improvements in efficiency, cost, energy consumption, product quality, and reliability
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Data Science, or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Proven experience in digitalization, data analytics or AI-driven initiatives
- Strong understanding of industrial processes including production, maintenance, quality, and energy management
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Operations and IT/OT
- Experience scaling solutions across multiple sites (advantage)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels
- Fluency in English; German preferred
